Klock has a large team of DJ’s and one way to familiarize new leads with their staff is to create DJ profile videos. This way, potential clients can further understand who they will work with and choose the perfect DJ based on their background or personality. By utilizing video in their sales and email processes they are easily able to provide a visual resource to new leads, which increases client confidence and sales.
